These Payment Terms govern your payment and receipt of funds through this platform. By making ｏｒ receiving payments through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement the Platform's Terms of Service and Referral Commission Program.

1. Key Terms

Platform Balance: Refers to the total value of assets denominated in USDT held in your platform account, including your sales revenue, refunds for cancelled orders, etc.

USDT: The primary payment and transaction currency designated by this platform.

Revenue: As a seller, your platform account balance can be withdrawn after successfully completing an order.

2. Withdrawal Rules

2.1 Receipt Mechanism: As a seller, 85% of the revenue ｆｒｏｍ each successfully completed order will be converted into the equivalent value of USDT and credited to your platform balance.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal Method: You can withdraw USDT ｆｒｏｍ your platform balance to your designated external compatible cryptocurrency wallet address, which must match your platform account name.

Withdrawal Period and Security Period: Funds ｆｒｏｍ completed orders will be available for withdrawal after a 7-day security period. After a withdrawal request is submitted, funds will be processed and credited to your account within 7 days.

Withdrawal Fees: The platform does not charge any withdrawal fees.

Please note: The target wallet ｏｒ blockchain network you use (e.g., Ethereum, Tron) may charge corresponding gas fees. These fees are paid by the user, so the actual withdrawal amount you receive will be the withdrawal amount minus the gas fees.

2.3 Tax Liability: You are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes, such as income tax and value-added tax, in accordance with local laws in your region. These taxes are related to income earned through the platform. Prices displayed on the platform are pre-tax prices.

3. Payment and Purchase

3.1 Payment Method: Buyers must use their platform USDT balance to pay for services purchased on the platform. Transactions outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Service Fee: The platform will charge buyers a service fee. This fee will be clearly indicated before payment and will be paid by the buyer along with the total order amount.

3.3 Local Currency Display: For user convenience, the platform may display reference prices in local currency. However, all transaction settlement and pricing are conducted in USDT. The actual USDT amount paid ｏｒ refunded will be based on the amount confirmed by the platform at the time of the transaction.

4. Disputes and Cancellations

Order ｏｒ payment cancellations must be processed through the platform's official dispute resolution center.

If an order is cancelled, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the buyer's platform balance in USDT.

Once a transaction is completed through the platform, initiating transaction reversals via the blockchain network is strictly prohibited; violators will have their accounts permanently banned.

For instant-delivery digital goods generated by AI services, orders are generally non-cancellable after payment unless unauthorized use is detected.

5. Disclaimer and Authorization

This platform is an information service platform and is not a bank ｏｒ licensed payment institution. All USDT funds are managed by the users themselves; the platform does not hold user private keys. You understand and accept the risks of cryptocurrency market volatility and the irreversibility of blockchain transactions.

5.1. Cancellation of Valid Orders (Orders Accepted by the Seller but Not Yet Delivered)

The platform may cancel orders in the following circumstances:

Seller Delay: The seller has not responded for more than 24 hours, and the system has marked the order as delayed.

User Abuse: Either party threatens to give low ratings ｏｒ abuses ｏｒ attacks the other party using order information (such as login credentials, personal information).

Intellectual Property Infringement: The user includes material that infringes on the copyright ｏｒ trademark rights of a third party in their request, ｏｒ the seller includes such material in the goods they deliver.

User Suspension: The user is no longer an active user of the platform due to violation of the Terms of Service ｏｒ account closure.

5.2. Cancellation of Delivered Orders (Seller clicks "Deliver" but the order is not marked as "Completed")

Abuse of the Delivery System: The seller repeatedly uses the delivery system to extend the delivery period, delaying rather than providing the final service.

Note: Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension.

Lack of Employment Proof: The seller cannot provide documents ｏｒ employment proof related to the order request.

Note: The relevance of materials will be subjectively reviewed by the platform support team.

Extortion:

The seller withholds the final delivery directly related to the agreed requirements and demands additional fees.
